Attention Newbies!! Please do some DD before posting! I have never seen so much nonsense posted. Do your own DD. Then ask questions, which I am happy to answer, if I think you've done even a modicum of DD on your own, which does not appear to be happening here. I've never seen so many nutty posts. I can't figure out if this is a joke or some of you buy without doing even the basic DD. DRGV Is an amazing opportunity IMO, but you all need to do DD and make up your own minds. When you ask, who is CDII, you've obviously done no DD. Some newbies never saw the old DRGV website, so be it, some haven't spoken to Peisha Chen, so be it, but don't argue with those of us who have been here for 6+ months and have done all those things and much more.
