Does the company applying for a name change usually have to have a name they are requesting to change too? In order for FINRA to approve or not approve a change, should the company not have a name ready for which the request is made? Name change needs to be ok'd before ticker can be issued? Your right usually take 2 months after application is filed and fees are paid. Is this all done in secret? Just asking. Would be nice to know what UTRM is asking? UTRM
