COSMO, OS was approximately 10.5M as of 31MAR06 (per Q1 report)! Someone posted on RB that the OS is now closer to 16M due to prior financing arrangements with GG.

Suffice it to say tha the OS is somewhere between 10-20M! Still very low compared to most other OTC stocks!
