REASONS TO AVOID JNSH. 

1. Company consistently diluting shares at a discounted price. 

2. 5 MILLION preferred shares could hit market.CEO stated they were not in his plans but that means it can still happen. 

3. Company will not break out revenue. We have no idea what the chargers are making. 

4. Fuel Cells will be the eventual replacement for the gasoline car. 

5. Historically low volume.

Remember, competing voices are good. Everyone needs weigh pros v. cons and make a decision.
