According to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), nothing that Bordynuik claimed as novel regarding the P2O processor, or process was accepted. All of his claims were rejected, because all of his 'invention' claims already existed. I think that means he copied them. The other IP is of course the magic cultalyst, which he didn't claim to invent, but he did claim that his engineering archive (which he claimed initially to be the world's largest, pure BS) contained the secret sauce, that would render other pyrolysis operations useless. I don't think they talk about the sooper-secret catalyst anymore. Why? Primarily because it's bullshit, I suspect. Be that as it may, just how much bullshit long investors are able to swallow, isn't quite known yet.

John is however a part of the "opportunity team" working along side Econav and OB&G. No one in or out outside of the company has his expertise regarding the P20 machines which he's created.
