A search for the results of Winick's 5/13 hearing yielded no results. I guess we won't hear anything until Sept. when Unca Win(n)ick goes on trial. With all of the evidence that has been gathered, Winick's defense attorney can do what ...... plea bargain, get Winnie to rat on more who were implicated ?The wages of sin......ain't it a biatch ?

How many times has a Federal indictment failed to uncover a defendant's REAL name. Thus the WIN(N)ICK claim is more subterfuge, the reason for which eludes me. If in fact there was a family connection I certainly would not go around advertising it. But what can be expected of a bogus "registered New York investment advisor"?
