BAA @ 2.58 ANNUALIZED PE MULTIPLE Who cares about petty penny flippers.

You need some patience man. We've won this battle it's just that some can't figure it out yet. Who cares about the penny flippers...if they make a couple of bucks long or short...their manoeuvres will not effect the long term fundamentals of this low cost high grade miner.

0.03 x 4 = 0.12 (very conservative earnings estimate for the year.)

0.31 / 0.12 = 2.5833

Forward P/E = 2.5833

When Namoya comes on line in Q3 we are likely to see conservatively 0.04 or 0.05 per Quarter EPS in the H2.

They will continue to optimize both mines increasing recovery and throughput for the remainder of 2015. By Q1 2016 we may be looking at 0.08 per Quarter at $1200 gold price. That's a $0.32 per share annualized.

So BAA would be at a PE = 0.31/0.32 = 0.969 = PE.
---- Not considering EBIDA.
-----That's assuming each mine contributes $0.04/share.
And that's after Interest taxes amortization and depreciation. They depreciate a lot so that earnings number will be be only about 1/3 the $ they add to the balance sheet each quarter. Notice that the EBITDA is $19 million, Net Income is 6,780. A lot of that difference is depreciation and the cash goes in their pocket for corporate use.

The market it at an irrational level with BAA because the financials haven't shown through yet. The reported financial data viewed on websites still show a very low Quick Ratio (0.10) and Current Ratio (0.40) because the Streaming deal and 2nd forward sale happened in Q@ and will not show up on the reports until Q2 is reported. So it still looks like they have no cash reserves even though we know that they do have plenty of cash. The aspects of Banro's ramp up situation that are obvious to us are overlooked by most doing a screen because they are looking at old data and are not forward looking.

By the way Tex only sold 15% of his position.
He's just trying to do some manoeuvring.

As for me I add 2,000 shares giving me a total of 437,000.

Blue is pounding the table every day on BAA...don't know if there is much more he can do.
