Well yes and no. I can name 2 otc symbols right now that have done the same exact thing, blamed it on the auditors, and are currently otc pink limited with nt's being their last filings.

Technically a pink doesn't need to file, but with a gagged transfer agent, no other way to find out what the ss is.
