Plain and simple

No one really believes there will be a form 10 and the

stock price says so. Remember according to Eric Hogan and Taylor

needed many years to do a audit and never could do it. I guess

they were incompetent, not like this clown that was supposed

to have done the audit in a matter of a few months. I wonder

why Hogan and Taylor wasn't that good? Ever get the feeling

there will be no audit? I wonder why?
