During the remainder of this fiscal year and the next fiscal year we anticipate incurring costs related to: (i) investigating and analyzing potential business combination transactions; (ii) the preparation and filing of Exchange Act reports, and (iii) consummating an acquisition, if any. We believe we will be able to meet these costs through use of funds in our treasury and additional amounts, as necessary, to be loaned by or invested in us by our shareholders, management or other investors.
