I did a "chat" with a person about it beginning of last year, I think..before he filed with CO...
Anyway, at the time I talked with that person, he had not filed the paperwork that was needed on a yearly bases, so it was defunct. Then, it appears he filed the paperwork to get it current, when he was starting the MJ patches....after he had filed the CO papers..
All part of the "show" for last year but it was first filed when he was doing the other patches...
Guess it is the same reason he filed a Hop-On there as well...
If you go to the Delaware site and look for Hop-On, Inc...
Notice it says "resigned agent".. that is the way you know it is belly up.
Who really knows WHY Michaels does what he does.. doubt he even knows.
