So the reason we aren't getting 'news' is that the SEC is holding back declaration of our shares being effective? Maybe. For what reason is the question. Too many situations exist whwhere effectiveness came the day after 8a12b registrations. The reason could always be a positive, like a request from the party in negotiations with CTIX to delay material events until... what? Just contemplating numerous possibilities.
When mathematics and data are used in prediction we call this an 'educated guess'.
So, for those that might think I am daydreaming at $800 CTIX, please at least agree to call it 'educated daydreaming'.
