Correct. The current Form D was will take more than a few days time to complete. When they close the offering I am sure you will see another form stating how much they raised. By then I expect the audit at BAYP completed. By then we will see them at shows and events. By then the stock will be much higher.


BAYP and JFK are going to be big companies. Together in this JV we are looking at a huge company.
