milplease: I believe you missed the point. It doesn't really matter why the revenue they projected didn't come in (although I don't recall a specific credible excuse that they gave).

The real issue is why they didn't correct guidance that was off by a factor of 10.

Why did they wait until after the SHM and wait for the 10Q to let shareholders know how off the guidance was?

To me, that shows deliberate deception.

As Martha Stewart is finding out, the deception is worse than the crime.
