Guess all filings aren't important to good ol' Andy, just the ones that appear to help him and his "workers" - the 8K. Swell. Glad he has a way to get more money out of this POS.

Of course the 10Q was filled with amazing information.. zero revenues, not paying Wazzamba, not getting paid by MOBO, subsidiaries in default, etc etc... (actually they are revoked.. a step further down the path)

Not exactly encouraging. Let's not forget the "agreement with Wazzamba" is good until July 2015, according to the 10Q.

But hey, a business without a current business license and zero income that doesn't pay bills seems like a great place to put my money.
