What is the most concerning to me is the dilution. Ok fine you need some money for the company (which is the only reason a company like this goes public) then sell the shares at .008 and keep 10 million outta the 14 million out of float!

Obviously a company sells at a 70 percent discount when they know there is absolutely nothing positive on the horizon. I must say when reading between the lines this stock is going down.

I had big dreams for this stock, but disconnecting my emotion from the stock I can see the writing on the wall.

A company only sells at such a discount for one reason....... they know what's in the near future!
