For Resnick revenues to be included/recognized in Q1, they had to get the order, fulfill, and ship it in less than a week after announcing the deal.
That's accounting 101.

I seriously doubt that happened and there is virtually no chance they did so to the point where it would matter in Q1 revs.

It can go on the balance sheet as deferred revenue if they got a solid contract, but not top line revenues.

It was announced on 3/25, 4 bus days before the end of Q1
