Doesn't matter if it's a successful oil frac, or biotech start up - the funding initially comes from private venture capital. Not from OTC penny stock investors buying stock at 0.0002 before a 100:1 R/S in 2014.

Neither are there geyser oil wells un-noticed by all in the oil patch, except for the Porter husband&wife team with 3 yrs of pretend experience in the oil patch.

BAYP is an oil scam. Where oil scams have quite a few scam angles to toy with. Acquiring played out wells is an old angle, and actually boring. I'm waiting to see what kind of angle the JV is going to play. Ought to be comical.
