Would suggest everybody not get to "het" up about this deal untill it's real. City and goverment entities are the most unpreditable outfits around. One ego driven ball buster and the whole thing get's dumped. Imagin that's why there was no responses. Believe me I know. My wife worked for our county attorney for 30 years, and directly involved with the county commissioners. Some were good some were bad and ego driven pricks. It not over till the ink is drying on the contract. And even then it might not be.
