i know the production figures are going up, but, no I didn't even have a question. I made a few statements.

1) financials did not gel with what we were led to believe by the company we were going to acquire from NWOG.
2) Parkin and others ( see 144s ) can sell insider shares before NWOG can. I heard as soon as July. Don't know if July is true, however, it is sooner.
3) Company said the merger would be voted upon. We received no proxy. Good companies release all financial information in proxies then allow the shareholders to make informed decisions. We were left in the dark like mushrooms.
