How does the SEC plan to explain Schlumberger verification implied of oil in the false no oil find?

Do TV ads on cable for buybelize.com have anything to do with their refusal to develop the find? Elections and movements against oil production? SEC has no proof of fraud, even antiTreaty people admit they found oil, tar balls. The TV Ice cold gold shows oil showing up purple under UV light, what color are those samples under UV light?
