Yeah.. the pre-emptive move on the BK worked.. 15 to 1.. better than I thought.. I guess the wash trading on ISBG was factored in.. Debt, not all debt holders, just recent one who took BESADO as collateral.. Debt conversion, yes, but the sweetner, new issued shares for the controlling lenders, but there debt conversion shares six months down the road. I was told the new DKTS shareholders also six months.
