Yes the spinoff is definetely still in the works !!! There is no doubt about that ! that's has been confirmed by the ceo. !! it will start to take place in the 4 th quarter. Their fourth quarter starts in dec as their year end is feb 2016. ! Like I said before you just need some patience here !! nothing to panic about. If your here to flip this is not it !! But I will tell you this will be the most talked about stock meaning NIT. and RCGP starting later this year !!!
We are talking about world changing products with NIT !!! At this time you can buy shares of NIT For 50 cents then it's going to 75 cents then $ 1.00 down the road !! By the time the S1 is filed and the IPO is done it could be well over $ 1.50 I am talking about NIT shares !! Just wait
