Something else I need to share.
I have received email responses from Kras that were downright deplorable and showed exactly the kind of immature behavior we are dealing with from our President and CMO. His 6th grade retaliation responses to my post has been going on ever since I have exposed what I believed as a conflict of interest with him after he sold Bikini Ready and Slim Trim to Inergetics. I have asked if he would give me permission to post our email exchange and have yet to hear back from him to allow me to post it for everyone to see.
He went as far as offering me a challenge that was the most ridiculous challenge I have ever seen. He challenged me to come down to Newark and take over his position for month to see if I can produce more sales than he has, with one exception, I will not have any funds in which to use to do so. I said the latest 10K showed all the funds that he has used, so why would I not get the same? He said he would even pay for my flight, but had throw in some jabs about my disability and how I live in some rinky-dink town, while still refusing to give me any funds to work with.
It was easy to see he was trying to set me up to fail with his challenge, so he could say he offered me the opportunity to do a better job, but I declined. Yes this is the mentality of the person who is President and CMO at Inergetics! Oh there is so much more too, but I am waiting to see if he will give me the permission to post it here. It's pretty sad when all he can do is respond with his threats and insults after I exposed the facts about him and his performance. In his last email he said he could do this all day long. Stay tuned, I will let you know what his response is to the 3 questions I sent him, which were:
1) Are you receiving any type of compensation related to the two brands you sold to Inergetics, Bikini Ready and Slim Trim?
2) Will you give me permission to share our email conversation with NRTI message board?
3) Will you give me 1/3 of the funds you spent in the first quarter on the Bikini Ready brand for my one month challenge that you offered me, because that would only be the fair and equitable way to compare my performance with yours?
I hope this can prompt our CEO to take a closer look at who he has running the day to day operations of this company. When the President and CMO of Inergetics has to resort to these kinds of 6th grade tactics it has to call into question his ability to run the operational side and marketing efforts for Inergetics. Oh I almost forgot to mention that I have also been threatened with a defamation of character lawsuit if I don't stop posting about him. Problem for him is that what I say needs to be false, which none of it is, everything I posted are the facts and my viewpoints based upon those facts, which is perfectly legal for a public traded company.
This has turned into a three ring circus that needs to be curtailed by our CEO, as my objective for speaking out is to have them follow through as they committed to at the launch event. It wasn't to try and get into a pissing match with our President and CMO. I said I would not stoop down to his level and he replied, believe it or not, by saying it looks like I have stepped down to his level! This is why I hope he gives me permission to share our conversation with everyone here. Wow! I just have to shake my head and wonder about what is really happening here. Cheers!
