Yes. The intimidation tactics used by The SEC did not work to coerce them into a guilty plea. The SEC's only option then is to charge them. Agreed ?

Must have been. The Fab 4 have already been offered a deal. Why accept it if you know you did not do it ? Smart defendents with good attorney's do not cave in to harrassment and coercion tactics used by the weak prosecutors.
