I expressed some concerns in my email to him. Here is his response. I did send him a follow up question regarding Calvin Ross, after he stated that Calvin does not call the shots. I asked to explain the 35.1% ownership of shares, which is more than any of the other insiders/directors, and, his 100% of the A-2 preferred shares.
Also, as you'll see, Alex Johnson hasn't been with the company for a few months now.
As always, take it for what it's worth. I'm just passing on his response to me:

Dear Mr. A,
Thank you for your email. I appreciate your time and concern. I'd first like to say that NGCG does not have any free trading shares, and all shares held are restricted. We are not to blame for any dumping, or sale of stock. We are also unable to control what is going on.
As for public message boards, we are very busy running our companies and creating our products - we don't engage in following public forums. My understanding is, that message boards are used as a vehicle to sometimes incite fear and confusion by some as ways to either build or hurt a company based on some personal gain. I'm also aware that there are several who are paid to do these types of things. I would encourage anyone with questions or concerns to send us an email, and we will answer what we can, provided its public information. I would also invite anyone who is in the area to stop in, say hello.
I hope my answers help clarify some of your concerns.
1. Alex Johnson hasn't been apart of the company in a few months. Q2 filings will have his resignation letter included. OTC markets has not yet been updated reflecting that change, but it will be done immediately. I apologize that information is still there, its not to mislead in any way - we have been very focused on building our product line and business that it has been overlooked. Mr. Johnson was here for a very short time, and we wish him well with his future.
With regard to not including a previous company (Hall of Fame), it was not required to do so at the time. Mr. Ross came on board, Mr. Johnson later followed only to leave very soon after. Neither have withheld or purposely omitted information to deceive. Not everything you hear or read will be true, companies sometimes fail and its not always because of one person or one thing. Mr. Ross has a job to do here. He does not call the shots or make decisions. He has over 25 years of experience in the beverage world, and has been a huge help in formulating our beverages, creating Excuse and introducing other professionals in the industry. You can look him up and his prior successes and base an opinion on all the things he has done and not rush to judgement because of Hall of Fame or what a few may be saying without facts or proof. You can read his bio at www.newgencg.com then go to the about page.
Mr. Ross is not hiding from anyone, and if anyone would like to speak to him directly and ask him any questions, please feel free to give him a call or send him an email. He can be reached at 818-447-2210, and his email address is calvin@newgencg.com.
2. Mr. Morrison didn't quit a good paying job just to be a CEO of a pink sheet. He is still very active and has chosen to get involved with NGCG because he see's the value and huge potential of our company. He is very excited to take the lead and he is another driving force for all of our success. He brings many years of executive leadership, in addition to his many contacts in the industry. We are very fortunate to have him here and he is confident in our abilities to deliver under his leadership.
3. Mr. Berio is one of the original founders of Monster Marketing who along with myself is very hard working, and dedicated to building NGCG. He brings over 20 years in sales, marketing, management and operations experience. We are very proud of our accomplishments, and will continue to provide the dedication and intensity required to be a success. Once we reversed into NGCG, I personally gave Mr. Berio a portion of my personal shares, as I am allowed to do so - per our corporate attorney as well as our transfer agent. That is not illegal in any way. His shares, like the rest of NGCG shares are all restricted shares. I appreciate Mr. Berio's help and support and we will continue to focus on our brands, our products and the companies we are building.
I will ask that you read everyone's bio's so you will understand who we are and where we come from. I can assure you, there is nothing illegal going on, and there will never be anything illegal going on. We take pride in who we are and in what we do. We do have a corporate attorney who specializes in public companies. We are all very aware of SEC rules and regulations. We communicate with him often. If there was anyone who has done anything illegal within our company, they would not be here. Period.
Again, I appreciate your time and your email. I do hope this helps you.
Kindest Regards,
Phil Longoria
