(OTC: BRWC) a high end private label bottled water company from NY, announced today that it has completed a $24 million private label agreement with SOHO Corp. for the Asian Market and received from them the first order for Boreal's Catskill Mountain Spring Water under the brand name CATSKY. Recently we have announced that SOHO Corp. has received all the necessary approvals from the Chinese government to import "Boreal's Water" product in large quantities. The total value of this agreement is approximately $24M over a 36 month period.
