Exactly! Management must be held accountable for their actions and there is no excuse for that poorly executed Nulief launch event that resulted in Nulief being rolled out to only one dispensary. They claim to be working on much more behind the scenes, but yet don't share a thing with their shareholders. I am thorn in their side that will not go away until they stop all the wasteful spending to keep promoting Bikini Ready, while Nulief gets put on the back burner.
After examining the facts, it seems all the trouble started when Kras was promoted to President of operations a year ago. The share price has done nothing but go down ever since, while he put out 14 PR's relating to Bikini Ready and/or Slim Trim, the two brands Kras sold to Inergetics a couple of years ago. For me it is very clear that Kras is only interested in promoting the two brands he sold to the company. The last announcement about another big Bikini Ready promotional event this summer that will include TV advertising was the final straw for me. It is a perfect example of the huge mistakes and wasteful spending going on since Kras took over as president.
Not only that, but as CMO he produced some of the worst TV/Video ads that I have seen. The "Too hot to date" Bikini Ready TV ad was a complete disaster in my mind, as was the recent Nulief video that portrayed Inergetics as some head shop, instead of a respectable business with quality products. I just hope they take that video off YouTube asap, because it just plain embarrassing. Thankfully they went outside the company to produce a much more professional Bikini Ready TV ad. These are just more examples that prove his inability to be an effective CMO.
As I said before, ever since he took over as president last year the share price has continued to drop and our CEO has done nothing to intervene and correct the situation. As a shareholder I can only hope our CEO wakes up and takes charge very soon. Cheers!
