Baristas to Expand Throughout NY via Joint Venture with BMOC Baristas Master Franchise Partner

"Seattle's World Famous Costume Coffee" announced that they have entered into a joint venture agreement with BMOC to expand operations of the Mall Cafe format of Baristas Coffee Company throughout the state of NY. The joint venture will be owned 51% by Baristas and 49% by BMOC and will be managed primarily by BMOC under the Baristas Café concept which has been proven effective in the Pennsylvania
