Whoever predicted that doesn't know the difference between an abstract and the actual presentation. Rules of ASCO state that abstracts cannot include data from ongoing trials. There are only a few things the abstract can include such as cohort, dosages administered, number of patients treated, and other very general information. But, this abstract sets up inclusion and discussion of interim data for comparison with preclinical outcomes. In the discussion and Q&A Shapiro can cover that to date top line data as it correlates with in vivo outcomes: any p21 to dose correlation, observed responses, safety to date, and AEs including measures taken to control them. The question is whether or not some of that info will be included in the poster and PRed that day, or if one would need to be present to hear it.
