I know MDCN tweeted no RS but they did RS in sneaky way
And screwed all shareholders a month ago.
You never trust the tweet from someone who try the pump and dump.
The filing clearly shows the RS anyday.
Do not trust all the pumping tweets.
They can say anything they want
