We are currently developing an integrated, seamless, and wireless RFID/GPS tracking solution that will track the product cycle from seed to sell, and we are also developing one additional step, which would track the process to the final payment by the end user consumer.

This would result in an all-encompassing tracking and traceability solution that we hope to position as the standard for the industry.

The RFID system would incorporate:

1. Product tracking
2. Transfer
3. Invoicing
4. Verification
5. Taxation into the POS (Point of Sale) system.

RFID is expected to be the industry standard for seed to sale tracking and traceability in the States as the legalization process expands.
