So this was Leo's response to your inquiry about the peer reviewed article he mention IN JANUARY would be written? Is this a blown timeline?

Hi...
Writing the article for peer review they tell me will take away time from the projects and we had no spare time. It was like accountants during tax season. We are now starting to take a breather after a very very busy couple of months. I soon will have them write up the article.

Who are the "they" who would be "writing up" the article?

I know little about the time required to "write up" an article for Peer Review, but was time constraint a likely real reason?

Is there any rational as to why this has dragged out? Could he be waiting for some news prior to wanting to write the article?

As others have said, having a Peer Reviewed article could be a huge positive for the company. I would have thought it to be a priority.
