There really is no benefit, when I spoke to him the first time he openly let me know it was under contract and in escrow, but would resolve itself one way or another in about ten days according to him. Yesterday he was tight lipped. He did not say it was available, he did not say it was in escrow, he did not say it closed/didn't close. he just asked me if I was looking to purchase the property ( and of course he likely remembers me and was suspicious) so for whatever reason he is being careful, likely at MDCNs request, but whether that is positive or not one can only speculate.
