HJOE's did tweet that the toxic funders can't dump while they're delinquent and that is true for a Nasdaq company but I don't actually think that's true for HJOE. The rules are different now with the OTCBB pretty much on it's way out so now most companies are ranked by tier on OTC markets. I think HJOE's was delinquent but once they went from the current info tier to the limited info tier, they're now not technically delinquent. They just dropped a tier. But yeah, I think this is uncharted territory in that the company not filing their 10K and 10Q is actually better for the share price. You don't want to see those filings. Ignorance is bliss in the case.
