This would have been a sweet deal if all that they have going on now happened a year ago. Such are the misfortunes of OTC's, toxic debt,and timing. They really had no other option,and considering how hard external forces have tried(successfully) to derail this little company it is clawing it's way forward. Still think the old girl has some legs,not sure when but one fine day the worm's gonna turn here.
