"I would like to see BN accept the revocation"

I doubt Mr. Nichols has the slightest choice in the matter, and in that sense your post is no doubt prescient, or maybe better described as well-informed.

However I have no doubt he will try to present this as a conscious decision, rather than as the fait accompli it really is.

What those FASC longs who are about to lose every penny of their stockholding's value is need to be really careful of is the likely next phase.

It's an accepted fact down here at the sleazy end of the penny stock markets that the easiest people to scam are those who are already victims, who still cling to hope against hope that they haven't lost everything.

That audience are surprisingly receptive to suggestions that they throw good money after bad.

I fully expect Brian Nichols and his coterie to contact known FASC longs privately and ask them for further "investment" under the guise of getting the business back on its feet and relisted, when the promise will be they'll get every penny back many times over.

I would counsel against this in the strongest possible terms. It really would be the worst thing anyone could possibly do.

And you will know that anyone who approaches you with such an offer is in cahoots with the other insiders.
