I talked to IR the other day. He told me that the 24.5 million in financing was set up like this. He stated the 10.5 million of it was already taken by institutions and was not being sold on the open market. He said the other 14 million they would have access to when the stock price hits 1.74. He told me as well that the revenue from Payonline would be pretty significant. I told him from the research I did it looked like they would bring about 3.5 million a year. He told me it was for sure more then that but could not tell me exact numbers for obvious reasons.
