The executive compensation is always been like this and will continue to be this way I think we (me especially ) need to shut up about it if we are holding shares here. It will not change. There will be committees for approving this crap but it's a conflict of interest when the committees that are approving the excessive compensation are led by the lead offender.

On top of it all I think Brad legitimately thinks he deserves it. And what we know from the hundred K sell on Friday his personal finances are a complete mess. He is more broke than those who make 50k a year and live within their means.

As far as the endorsements it's impossible to tell what works. As they say 50% of your marketing budget drives 90% of all sales - the hard part is figuring which 50%.

In my mind endorsements to some degree are the only thing that creates the brand recognition here. But it's like throwing darts. If Johnny football comes out of rehab to throw for 30 touchdowns there is no doubt that it will help muscle Pharm.
