If you really have what it takes, you can get better and much longer lasting results by announcing legitimate news. Whether it's someone your in discussions with, or something you're even contemplating doing that's o.k. Making things up is not the way a truly legitimate company operates. Thesefolks are definitely on the right track to succeed. I don't know just how strong these next couple of releases will be, but there's no doubt in my mind that these people are extremely competent, and will do everything possible to get their company and it's stock price going.
