Very good point Fred. The buy and hold strategy does not work in the current environment. The people who are making money in the market these days buy low and sell high or (as in the case of OTCBB off-shore traders), sell high and cover low.

Money is being made on EDIG stock, however only by those who sell higher than they bought or can cover at.

Any price over .19 allows the 18 entities who bought the remainder of the shelf shares to profit.

The people who are losing the most are those who hold the stock long.
