You have to be joking about the audit being completed in 2013....

Apparently the scam management of BAYP was joking about the audit. They promised SHs BAYP would be a SEC filer by the end of the 2013. That would've required a Form 10 with an audit representing the prior 2 yrs embedded in it.

How would they have done that without finishing the calendar year 2014....



What does 2014 have to do with filing a Form 10 by Dec 2013??? Hint: The two years of audits required for Form 10 approval in 2013 were: 2011, 2012.
