Bergio International, Inc. is engaged in the business of designing and manufacturing upscale jewelry. Its products consist of styles and designs made from precious metals such as gold, platinum, diamond, karat gold and other precious stones. The company’s products are divided into three fashion lines: 18K gold, bridal and couture and/or one of kind pieces. Bergio International intends to acquire designing and manufacturing firms throughout the United States and Europe. The company was formerly known as Alba Mineral Exploration, Inc. and changed its name to Bergio International, Inc. in October 2009. Bergio International went public on July 2007 and is headquartered in Fairfield, New Jersey, USA.
Bergio is entering into our 20th year of operations and concentrates sales on boutique, upscale jewelry stores. They currently sell their jewelry to approximately 150 independent jewelry retailers across the United States and have spent over $3 million in branding the Bergio name through trade shows, trade advertising, national advertising and billboard advertising since launching the line in 1995. They have manufacturing control over our line as a result of having a manufacturing facility in New Jersey as well as subcontracts with facilities in Italy and Bangkok.
