Yes, you know I was just wondering how much Exxon could be influencing Chevron's decisions on Block 1. Exxon is no great friend of the JDA/JMC at this point. Exxon shares the contract with the Transocean Discovery and is also the operator of the active Nigeria block with Chevron outside the JDZ.

Perhaps Exxon influenced Chevron to go slow.
