Dear Michael James, CEO of Inergetics:

Your shareholders are speaking up and letting you know that we will not tolerate this very weak follow through behind the Nulief launch event. There is not a single shareholder who thought this launch event would result in the launch of Nulief in one dispensary 7 weeks after the launch event. If that was all they were going to do, why did you even have the big launch event that was so costly? It looks as though you were hoping the hype of the launch would increase the share price enough to keep it moving up.

If you are as committed as you said, to get Nulief to the retail mainstream, why is it only in one dispensary? And why are we spending all this money to do another Bikini Ready promotion when we could be using those funds to launch Nulief at retail? This what us investors were led to believe with this launch event, when on the day of the launch event, you stated in your press release the following and I quote: "We are committed to expanding the Nulief brand into a portfolio of breakthrough supplements that are available in mainstream retail outlets." This is why the stock was sold off when they announced the Bikini Ready promotional campaign last week.

Investors were expecting you to follow through on what you said, but for the first time you have let us shareholders down by not doing what you said you were committed to doing. In the past you had followed through on everything you had stated and made it happen, but now it seems you have decided on spending their funds to promote the Bikini Ready brand ahead of launching Nulief at retail. You need to come out and prove you meant what you said, by releasing a statement about what your plans are for an actual Nulief launch. Until that happens, the stock will remain under fire.

INVESTORS ARE HERE FOR THEIR CBD INITIATIVE, NOT THE BIKINI READY BRAND! If you don't understand this by now we are in a world of hurt here. You have to cancel the Bikini Ready summer promotional campaign and announce a go to retail plan for Nulief to keep investors from selling out. If you haven't got that message loud and clear this week after the huge sell off, it will only get worse next week. I'm sorry but those are the cold hard facts and us NRTI shareholders are extremely upset over this Nulief launch debacle. You have the power to correct it, but you have to do it now, before it's too late.

You need to stand up and take action this week to prove to your shareholders that you are in charge and that you are listening to what your shareholders are screaming so loud for. All were asking for is for you to follow through on what you stated, by releasing a statement in regards to the retail launch for Nulief. It's not too late to correct this! Please don't disappoint us! Cheers!
