So basically one billion shares to come to market between now and October. Along with the co-owner's 500 some million shares becoming unrestricted Sept 23. So that's a minimum of 1.5 billion shares to be added to the already bloated 2 billiin outstanding as of today.

3.5 billion shares. Minimum.
