I know that many do "play" the market based on technicals and this type of source (obviously not perfect) is still interesting for such "traders".

This is not my "game" and I must say I am not very familiar with the basics of technicals, except to understand that they try to support a multiple step "buy low, sell high" strategy.

The reference you posted seems to prove that.

I sincerely wish the best to traders hoping for them that they will be IN whenever normalisation is done ... IF EVER ???
