I just spoke with the CEO Paul Rauner. Brief synopsis:

1. There is a note converting. This note is from the recent Iconic funding. He stated they don't tell him when they convert, but not much left, since the S/S is almost maxed.

2. He reiterated, 'we're not doing an R/S' when I asked.

3. The 14c filing is the clear out the naked shorting. His words.

He stated he's working away on the marketing.

I suggest folks don't run and go calling him right away, as the man needs to work & he's got a family too. Maybe give it to next week or this Friday before calling.
