I do think our CEO should spend all his time and energy to get Nulief launched properly. There is no excuse for them to have spent all this money on the Nulief launch event and then to only have it in one dispensary 7 weeks later. Every single resource should be diverted toward getting this launched at retail. The Bikini Ready summer promotion should be delayed and those funds used toward getting Nulief launched at retail. If our CEO meant what he said in a PR on March 26th when he said "We are committed to expanding the Nulief brand into a portfolio of breakthrough supplements that are available in mainstream retail outlets.", he should make damn well sure it happens, instead of allowing another Bikini Ready promotional blitz at this time. I think it is time for the shareholders to hold him accountable for this inexcusable mistake on the Nulief launch event.

Is there any shareholder who believed this launch event would result in the distribution to one dispensary?

Is there any shareholder who invested in NRTI because of Bikini Ready?

Is there any shareholder who believes that the company should spend the money to do another Bikini Ready promotional blitz w/TV advertising, versus using those funds to launch Nulief at retail?

Is there any shareholder who thinks Jim Kras has done a good job in his role as President and CMO?

Is there any shareholder who thinks Michael James has done a good job as CEO?

They both say they haven't got the proper recognition and credit from shareholders for the brands they have developed since taking over, which is ridiculous, because it doesn't matter what you did to develop them if they don't produce a positive cash flow. Shareholders do not recognize you for any brands you develop until you can prove they will be profitable. If they don't understand that, they don't deserve to be in their position. I was really taken back by that when Kras said that to Dennis on his call to him. You are President and CMO of this company and you want us shareholders to give you credit for developing these brands while the share price has dropped more than 3,000% in the past year. I'm sorry, but as a shareholder, how on earth can I support a member of management when they think like that? This is a publicly traded company and shareholders do not give you any credit for anything with that type of stock performance. If this is management's view on what they should be evaluated on, it is no wonder the stock has fallen as hard as it has over the past year!

If they want our shareholder support, they need to use their monies to promote the one brand they just launched, but never really launched yet, their new CBD product, Nulief. A product that actually has the potential to deliver the big sales with high profit margins on retail store shelves with no competition. I challenged them when they claimed legal issues was preventing them from launching Nulief at retail, since Nulief is a CBD product derived from hemp that come from outside the US and thus not bound by the schedule 1 drug restrictions. It is the reason hundreds of other hemp based CBD products are being sold in every state without being restricted. I was then told they wanted to do additional test marketing in dispensaries before taking it to retail. I pushed the issue by saying that should have been done before the launch event, like most companies do, regardless it shouldn't take but a couple weeks to figure out an initial price point. That is when I was finally told they lacked the financial resources to launch it, but just a week ago they announced they were going to do another Bikini Ready promotion w/TV advertising.

You can see why I am so damn frustrated right now, as something is really wrong when management keeps giving me the run around. Thus the reason I believe Kras is more interested in promoting his own brands(Bikini Ready & Slim Trim) that he sold to Inergetics and then became CMO. It is the only logical reason left as to why they have elected to put more money behind Bikini Ready instead of toward launching Nulief the proper way. This is a matter for our CEO to handle and something he should handle right away.

As shareholders we do not have to let any conflict of interest get in the way of a retail Nulief launch. As a shareholder I do not feel comfortable with Jim Kras as president or as CMO of this company and I would ask that our CEO to take some affirmative action as soon as possible. I have yet to have Kras deny the fact that he is receiving some kind of payment for each and every Bikini Ready and Slim Trim product sold as part of deal he made with Inergetics when he sold his brands to them. Kras is not very happy that I am sharing all these facts with you, but as I told him, if you want my support again, you will need to gain my support by putting off the Bikini Ready summer promotional event and use those funds to launch Nulief at retail. Anything less than that will have no effect on repairing the share price or gain any support from me.

I welcome everyone to share your thoughts here or by sending them in an email to Inergetics. It is time we take a stand to force them to deliver what was expected behind their Nulief launch event, a retail launch and not some pathetic one dispensary distribution! If you want to bring about change, you have to be willing to stand up and let them know. Cheers!
