No it was stated just earlier by Bansky the raising is done for the JV.

Did you see bayp on Form D?

Did you not see BAYP, and JFK Terminal announcing a JV?

Now what harm could there be in BAYP, and JFK Terminal issuing a JV announcement that JFK has completed the JV funding via the Form D??? Wouldn't you as a BAYP SH be excited to see such a PR? Do you not agree such a material event should be made known to BAYP SHs, by both partners of the JV, indicating a successful Form D offering?
